By using Deck Geniee (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Deck Geniee is a SaaS platform that generates presentations from documents and URLs using AI. You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for all content you upload and generate.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload and all presentations generated on your behalf. Deck Geniee claims no rights over your content. We process your content solely to provide the Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Free accounts are limited to 2 lifetime previews as described in Section 4.
Free previews: Free accounts may generate up to 2 lifetime previews. Previews are limited to 8 slides, are watermarked, are delivered as PDF or HTML only (no editable PPTX), and have no shareable interactive link. The preview limit is per user, lifetime, and is not reset by deleting and recreating an account.
Per-deck purchase (₹499 / $6): A one-off purchase generates a full chat-quality deck of up to 25 slides, delivered as an editable PPTX file you can download forever. An optional interactive web link is included with 12 months of cumulative hosting (the hosting clock pauses when you unpublish and resumes when you republish). You receive 2 post-purchase refinements within 7 days of purchase.
Pro (₹999/month or ₹2,499/quarter): Includes 3 chat-quality decks per billing cycle, 3 currently-live decks at a time, 4 refinements per deck within 7 days of generation, full analytics, and custom branding. Optional overage decks may be purchased at ₹299 each, up to 5 per cycle.
Auto-renewal and cancellation: Pro subscriptions auto-renew at the cadence you selected (monthly or quarterly). Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period is not refunded. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Refunds: Per-deck purchases are non-refundable once generation has begun. Pre-generation refunds requested within 7 days of purchase are considered on a case-by-case basis. Pro subscription periods are non-refundable. Overage purchases are non-refundable once generation has begun. Contact hello@meetgeniee.com within 7 days for any billing concerns.
Legacy plans: Subscribers on legacy plans (Starter, original Pro pricing) retain access on the original terms until they migrate or cancel. Existing PAYG credits remain redeemable until their original expiry date.
You may not use the Service to generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or misleading content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@meetgeniee.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law. This right is available to all users, including those located in India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
The Service is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
